In business, in life, in relationships, and even in my conversations with myself, keeping with integrity has aided me in moving in the direction of my true purpose because it bumps me up against some of the most real fear that is out there - standing in my own power and professing my values.
"I love comparing myself to other people."
"Comparison is so great it really motivates me."
"Measuring myself against other people is THE BEST."
UMMMMM - No.
You will likely never hear anyone singing the praises of comparison.
That is because comparison is the thief of joy. It robs you of you of any and all credit you can give yourself for YOUR successes. It steals you of your celebrations and feeds the inner critic.
Comparison is this self-sabotaging curse that social media has made GLARINGLY difficult to avoid.
